剧情：赵深深（朴恩惠 Eun-hye Park 饰）因为小时候的车祸失去了声音，妈妈也因为疲劳过度而遭遇车祸身亡，痛苦异常的深深此时偶然和因为骨折而在医院养伤的戚伟易（周渝民 饰）结成了好朋友。因为伟易的突然转院，两人被迫分离，而且没想到一别就是十三年。变成孤儿的深深在邻居左家人一家人的帮助和抚养下长大成人，而与她青梅竹马的左钧（许志安 饰）更是对深深照顾的无微不至。命运机缘巧合安排了深深与儿时的玩伴伟易重逢，可此时伟易却已是管理着一家大型公司，和未婚妻订婚的天之骄子，而深深也对这个冷漠自大的男生印象极差。可出人意料的是，未能认出对方的二人却在一系列不间断的误会与磨合中互生好感。然而此时伟易却查出了身患肝癌，生命仅剩下了三个月，更让伟易痛苦的是，他发现原来深深就是自己小时候一直喜欢的那个女孩…
