剧情：法庭内，各人舌剑唇枪，为真理，为公正而进行抗辩；法庭外，各人面对种种感情考验，衍生段段纠缠不清的关系！全新一辑的十五集单元剧－壹号皇庭II，承接上一辑的精粹，透过不同人物的感倩关系，带出十五宗震撼性的刑事罪行及民事诉讼，无论在庭内庭外，同样引人入胜，未到宣判一刻，仍未知结果如何。高级检察官丁柔（陈秀雯）与大律师余在春（欧阳震华）感情渐稳，可是柔的旧爱李国柱（邓梓峰）离婚回港，重新介入，二人感情顿现危机。新进检察官唐毓文（王靖雯）办事能干，甚得柔赏识；检察官张家贤（洪朝丰）看风驶里，对文展开追求。但为文婉拒，而文对直的律师周志辉（苏永康）产生好感。辉自与旧女友分手，对女人心存恐惧，後终於鼓起勇气与文发展感情之际，却遭遇一段“孽缘”，令辉再陷困扰。探员周文彬（骆应钧）与大律师江承宙（刘美娟）感情由浓转淡，二人思想上、生活上距虽甚远，加上失聪大律师周少聪（蒋志光）力追宙，自卑的彬遂主动提出分手。彬的上司林学宜（林漪棋）为人耿直，最初与彬不咬弦，後来因工作上擦出火花，互相关怀……玩世不恭的师爷江承宇（陶大宇）爱上夜总会公关汤芷瑚（梁婉静），宇母江李颂云（苏杏璇）极力反对，但宇力加追求，最後宇更发现珊为同性恋者，因此招来杀身之祸……
