剧情：2010年，香港警队刑事情报高级督察卓凯（苗侨伟 饰）前往泰国曼谷，与当地潜伏的卧底追查跨国贩毒线。谁知过程中吉运帮头目Pak Key及其手下乐少锋（周柏豪 饰）突然介入，打乱计划。卓凯一行撤退时更遭遇一场精心策划的大爆炸，导致其他卧底命丧火海。返港之后，卓凯心灰意冷，有意辞职。就在此时，香港最大的社团长兴祸起萧墙，昔日同袍持刀相向，大战一触即发。另一方面，高级督察黎瑞权（张兆辉 饰）唯恐长兴内部的5个卧底身份曝光，情急之下删掉卧底档案。 为了寻找失联的卧底，卓凯等人再度遁入血雨腥风之中……
