剧情：铃木奈未（上白石萌音 饰）是一个凡是都追求“差不多”的佛系女孩，无论是工作还是恋情，铃木对自己的要求都是只要做到差不多即可。铃木有一个暗恋多年的青梅竹马名叫健也，他生活在繁华的大都市东京。为了追逐男神的脚步，铃木也只身一人来到东京求职，并且最终顺利的成为了一家有名的出版社里的编辑。让铃木没有想到的是，自己的上司宝来丽子（菜菜绪 饰）是一个个性非常极端的工作狂，力求在一切事务上都做到极致。在丽子的领导之下，铃木在职场上的每一天都过得非常艰难。幸运的是，出版社的摄影师润之介（玉森裕太 饰）一直支持和鼓励着铃木，随着时间的推移，青涩的爱恋在两人之间缓慢孵化。
