剧情：本剧改编自同名韩剧，讲述了华丽的名媛妻子们生活的高级住宅区“天空之城”，拥有谁都羡慕的经历和容貌的完美名媛主人公浅见纱英（松下奈绪 饰），还有才色兼备性格慎密的二阶堂杏子（比嘉爱未 饰）、热情迷人的夏目美咲（高桥玛丽润 饰）等，她们的丈夫都是名门“帝都医院”的医生。除了丈夫出人头地的竞争之外，她们作为同年级孩子的母亲，也要孩子在考试竞争中达到顶点。在那里，不像名流且拥有朴素和纯粹的正义感，拥有优秀的丈夫和儿子的新居民南泽泉（木村文乃 饰），以及让负责的学生100%考上志愿报考学校的神秘考试协调员九条彩香（小雪 饰）出现了。由此，女人们的战斗进入了新的局面...
