剧情：李天平（黄河 饰）是南安市局缉毒大队的一名警官。孟雪和男友在一家夜总会吸毒，男友吸毒过量死亡。李天平对此展开调查，不料牵出了一个又一个扑朔迷离的案件。而这些案件都与夜总会老板、自己的老同学兼好友傅俊辉（吕一丁 饰）有着千丝万缕的联系，李天平不得不开始调查自己的好友。这期间一直有个人不断给李天平打匿名电话，给了他很多有用的线索。案件越来越复杂，缉毒大队和刑侦大队并案调查。李天平从蛛丝马迹之间查出端倪——提供线索的神秘人物是傅俊辉的仇人，也是当年被自己亲手抓捕的闫松林（白红标 饰），此人想借警方报复傅俊辉并妄图接手傅俊辉的毒品王国。中秋之夜，最后的较量中，闫松林和傅俊辉等悉数落网。李天平、傅俊辉、闫松林或友或敌的众人被案件聚在一起，共同经历了一场良知与责任的考验。
