剧情：近未来，当年繁华喧嚣的东京因核电站事件变成了死城，被成为世界第一大幽灵城市。然而即便在这座死寂的废墟中，仍有幸村者盘桓于此。20XX年，三名没有配备任何防辐射装备的少女出现在旧东京。她们名叫成濑荆（户松遥 配音）、深作葵（花泽香菜 配音）、野村妙子（明坂聪美 配音），是通过遗传基因改造生下来天生具有抗辐射能力的少女，统称“COPPELION”。在防卫大学附属特别工科学校教官三岛鬼兵陆佐（小山力也 配音）的指挥下，少女们四处搜索幸存者，前所未有的经历以及感受接踵而至，少女们的心中作何感想…… 本片根据井上智德的漫画原作改编，COPPELION少女们的姓氏均来自日本著名导演，普通人姓氏则来自日本的文豪作家。
