剧情：山田龙（山本裕典 饰）是个与周围人格格不入的不良少年，原本憧憬着一个美好高中生活的他，如今差点因成绩太差被劝退，被称为“学校第一笨蛋”的他完全无法融入这所升学名校朱咲高中。然而有一天，他与同班女生白石丽（西内玛利亚 饰）意外摔下楼梯，二人竟然因此互换了身体！在优等生白石的身体里，山田尝到了身为女生的滋味，也了解到白石不为人知的秘密。但二人面临的问题是，他们要怎样把身体换回来？他们试了一遍又一遍，才知道，原来是通过接吻来交换灵魂。很快，他们的秘密被山田的好友宫村（井出卓也 饰）发现了，宫村对此大感兴趣，要把原因查出来。这一切的背后，究竟与什么超自然力量有关…… 本片改编自日本漫画家吉河美希创作的同名漫画作品。
