剧情：战国时代──以恐怖来统治天下最凶最恶的武将“牙鬼幻月”。由“伊贺崎家”率领的一群忍者，经过激烈的战斗，打倒了“牙鬼幻月”。 但“牙鬼幻月”却留下了不详的预言… “444年后，我将变成妖怪复活再次以恐怖支配天下！”时光流逝—— 终结忍者“伊贺崎好天”跟复活的妖怪“牙鬼幻月”决斗，并成功将它封印。时光再次流逝到了现代──“牙鬼幻月”的封印被解除， “牙鬼幻月”的怨念生出了一批妖怪，这些妖怪们组成“牙鬼军团”， 为了让“牙鬼幻月”完全复活，妖怪们到处搜集人们的恐惧心，开始向人们展开袭击！紧急时刻，出现了5个年轻人。 他们正是伊贺崎家的末裔，也就是终结忍者・伊贺崎好天的孙子们！“当忍则忍，可不忍则不忍！” 三代同堂，用火热的“忍者心”（Nintality）以及各种异想天开的忍术来漂亮的击退妖怪！为了继承祖父的“终结忍者”这个封号，也为了阻止妖怪军团让“牙鬼幻月”复活， 他们不仅不忍，还要大肆反击！
